## About

Autonyx AI (DBA of Lexicon Private AI Solutions LLC) is a custom AI chatbot

company founded by two engineers with backgrounds in AI and software development.

We build done-for-you AI chatbots trained on your specific business data —

documents, SOPs, FAQs, and workflows — and deploy them securely within your

environment. We serve both small businesses and mid-to-enterprise organizations.

Founder: Savanna Duncan, MS in AI & Business Analytics (University of South Florida),

BS in Information Technology (Tampere University, Finland).

## Product

Our core product is the Lexicon Assistant — a custom AI chatbot trained on

client-specific data and deployed within the client's secure environment.

Use cases include: customer-facing FAQ automation, client intake, appointment

booking assistance, employee HR knowledge bots, internal SOP lookup, and

IT helpdesk automation.

Technology: Azure-based infrastructure. Integrates with Microsoft Teams,

Workday, ADP, and other enterprise tools where applicable.
